XPS Business Systems Step 1 of 9

Let's start with your business

Nine short steps. Nothing here can hold up your build — if you don't have something, there's a button that says so and we handle it.

Exactly how you want it on the sign, the truck and the invoice.

Sets your local search and, later, where your ads run.

What do you do?

This decides which pages get built and what the copy says. Pick everything that applies.

Your logo

Got one? Upload it. If you don't, you're about thirty seconds from having one — these are real, finished logos, not sketches.

Photos of your work

Six to ten is plenty. Before-and-afters beat everything else — people want to see the floor you started with.

Why we ask now: waiting on photos is the single most common reason a site sits half-finished. This step is built so that can't happen.

What you charge

Ranges only — nobody's holding you to it. This sets what your site shows and what the AI is allowed to quote if you add it later.

How leads reach you

Where the calls and forms land, and what happens when you're under a respirator with a grinder running.

No wrong answer. It just tells us whether the next screen is worth your time.

Anything you want bolted on?

All optional. The site, the number and the follow-up are already in your package — these are the extras.

Website package$99/mo
Your monthly$99/mo
One-time setup$299

PLACEHOLDER PRICES — every price on this screen is a placeholder until XPS confirms pricing.

Your web address

If you've already got one we'll point it at the new site. If you haven't, we'll register one for you — it's included.

One last thing, and it's the one that matters

To text your customers from your own number, US carriers require your business to be verified. It's not us being difficult — it's the phone networks, and it applies to everybody.

⚠ WHY IT MATTERS: A 24-HOUR CLOCK Once it starts, a code arrives and has to be confirmed within 24 hours. Miss the window and the application is rejected and starts over, which costs about a week. That's why the real onboarding does it right here, while you're sitting down.
Skipped in this demo

In the real onboarding, this is where you verify your business for texting — legal business name, EIN (or SSN if you're a sole proprietor), and business address. Carriers require it, and the code must be confirmed within 24 hours.

Nothing to enter here. Hit Continue.

Everything else is done. Your site goes live on your address, your form reaches your phone, and your number rings you. Texting switches on as soon as this clears — usually a few days, sometimes up to two weeks. Nothing else waits on it.

That's everything

Here's what we've got. Your build starts today.

What happens next: we build it, then you get a link to look at before anything goes live. Most are done the same day.
